I recently visited Jinya Ramen Bar at Perkins Rowe and had an average experience. The food was decent, but nothing special. The ramen broth lacked depth of flavor and the toppings were just okay. The service was also average, nothing to write home about. Overall, it was an okay dining experience. I might visit again if I'm in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.
