Massively Overrated is an average company. The website is nicely designed, but the content is lacking. I expected more from a company with such a bold name. The navigation is confusing, and it takes too long to find what you're looking for. The customer service team is helpful, though, and they promptly respond to inquiries. Overall, it's an okay experience, but nothing exceptional.
