I am a DON in a Creative Solutions facility and have been with the company about 2 years. Creative Solutions is not the company for you if you are not willing to bring your "A game" every day. It is fast paced, the food is restaurant quality, and customer service is king. All managers and staff are expected to remember why we are here and that it is about the residents so everyone participates in ensuring the resident customer service experience is exceptional. I have the best corporate support I have every had in my 22 years as a DON and that is from the owner down to my administrator. Creative Solutions is not for people who believe that it is ok to "hang out" and get a pay check but if you are in it to be the best you can be, you will love it. I have been a DON for over 2 decades and this is by far the most involved and supportive company that I have ever worked for. We love our residents!
