I had an overall average experience with Let's Erasmus. The website letserasmus.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I expected better customer service. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow and it took a while to get the information I needed. Nonetheless, the prices were reasonable and the accommodation provided was satisfactory.
