I recently used an off-site parking service for my trip and had a generally positive experience. The parking facilities were decent, and the price was fair. However, one thing that stood out to me was the lack of communication from the company. There was no clear signage indicating where to park and catch the shuttle, and I had to ask around to figure it out. It would have been helpful if they provided better instructions or a map. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I think they could improve their communication.
