I recently booked a trip with Gromada travel and I must say it was an average experience. The customer service was satisfactory but the overall trip was not up to my expectations. The hotel accommodation was decent but the food options were limited and not very appetizing. The tour guide was knowledgeable but lacked enthusiasm. Overall, it was an okay experience.
