Working with Intech automation inc. was a disappointing experience. The product we purchased turned out to be faulty, and getting assistance from the customer support team was like pulling teeth. It took weeks of back-and-forth communication to get a resolution, and the overall process was frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable automation solutions.
