I had an average experience with Employee Benefits Corporation. The process of accessing employee benefits through their website was quite straightforward. However, I found the overall user interface to be a bit outdated and not very user-friendly. It would be great if they could revamp their website to make it more modern and intuitive. The customer service was satisfactory, but I felt that the response time could have been faster. Overall, Employee Benefits Corporation is an okay company, but there is certainly room for improvement.
