Went in today for emergency . Was waiting for 3 good hours before being attended by a doctor. And when I enquired about the delay , then the paramedics told that the previous doctor is re assessing the previous patients and I could be attended by a new doctor who starts the shift at 7 am and that too is not certain as there are 7 blocks and he isn't sure which block the doctor will go to . Fact of the matter is , if in emergency , a patient is not attended by a doctor for over 3 hours , then the purpose of emergency gets defeated . Even for the person accompanying the patient , it is inconvenient because the staff doesn't know what time the doctor is going to come . Sorry state of affairs .
