I had a mixed experience with PARIS CERAMICS INC. While the selection was good and the tiles were of decent quality, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in assisting customers. Additionally, the prices were quite high compared to other stores I visited. However, I did manage to find a few nice tiles for my project, so it wasn't a complete disappointment.
