I recently had an average experience with a software development company. The company website was easy to navigate, providing information about their services and solutions. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. I had some inquiries and it took quite a while for them to respond to my emails. Although their response was helpful, the delay was a bit frustrating. Additionally, their pricing seemed a bit high compared to other similar companies in the market. On the positive side, the quality of the software they delivered was satisfactory, meeting my expectations. Overall, I would rate my experience with them as average. There is room for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing, but their software development skills are solid.
