Terrible business practices! They charged me $80.00 for an estimate on a water heater! I called 2 other companies and they did not charge me anything to do the same. I tried to reason with the office manager Melissa -who was extremely rude and she just wouldn't listen at all and kept repeating the $80 stands-and that she would put the $80.00 towards purchase of a new water heater from them-- They were also the highest estimate out of all 3 companies I called!!! Stay away from this company!! $80 for an estimate =robbery!
