I recently used the services of this media production company and I must say that my experience was quite average. 🤷‍♀️ Although their website is visually appealing and easy to navigate, I found the overall quality of their work to be mediocre. The video they produced for my project lacked creativity and failed to capture the essence of my brand. 😐 Moreover, their customer service was satisfactory at best, as they took longer than expected to respond to my inquiries. On the positive side, their pricing was decent and competitive compared to other similar companies in the market. Nevertheless, I was hoping for a more exceptional outcome considering their reputation. Overall, I would recommend exploring other options before choosing this company, as there are better choices out there. 💁‍♂️
