i treated myself to a 1.5 hour deep tissue massage. OUCH! But a really good ouch. Blain was professional, courteous and had hands made of steel. Got some of the kinks out for sure. I have the bruises to show for it. But again these are good bruises. My hip already feels so much better. Definitely going back in the near future.
