I have been using Softwaresuggest for a few months now and overall, I am satisfied with their services. The software recommendations provided by them have been useful to our company. However, I feel that the user interface can be improved for better user experience. The website is easy to navigate, but sometimes it feels a bit cluttered. Apart from this, the support team is responsive and always ready to help.
