I had mixed feelings about Dokumenta s.a. Initially, I found the website dokumenta.lu to be cluttered and confusing. However, once I contacted their customer support, they were extremely helpful and guided me through the process. The end product was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of website design and user experience.
