Terrible service at Rustica. Will never come here...

Terrible service at Rustica. Will never come here again. We were spoken to very rudely, told to sit at a table for two, even after we said we were waiting for 2 other people. The waiter pointed to a table and walked off. Our coffees took too long to come out, and I had to ask three times for a pot of water to be brought out.
When our other party arrived, we were ignored for 15min, eventually I went inside to place an order and was told to take a seat as they wouldn't serve me at the counter. An absolute disgrace of a cafe. Service rude and abrupt, especially from the tall gentleman with the beard.
