I recently purchased some embroidery supplies from this company and I was impressed by the wide selection and quality of the products. However, I found the website layout to be a bit confusing and it took me a while to find what I was looking for. The checkout process was also a bit lengthy and I wish it had been more streamlined. On the positive side, the customer service was helpful in answering my questions, but the shipping took longer than expected.
