This facility is the most comprehensive fitness center in the area. Whether you are a competitive athlete, fitness enthusiast, or someone looking to learn how to improve their health and fitness, this is the place to start. The trainers at this facility are flat out phenomenal. Each one puts his/her own twists, strengths and areas of expertise into already amazing programming- providing a class schedule that can be tailored weekly to your goals on any fitness level. The owner is open to suggestions and is always there to answer any questions or concerns. It is also clear that he takes pride in the cleanliness of the entire facility. The locker room, bathrooms, equipment, and machines are always spotless. I have been to so many gyms throughout my competitive career, and there is no comparison to the new facility. The prices are beyond reasonable for the quality of the group classes (shout out to strike zone!), the size, quantity and variety of equipment, immaculate facilities, and most importantly, the friendly and knowledgeable people who push you to your limits every day to help you achieve your fitness goals!,
