I'm a marshal at the track, which is one of the favorites among racing drivers. An old school track with lots of elevation changes, corners with positive camber and blind corners. Notable events are Blancpain GT, Historic Grand Prix, ADAC GT and the Verstappen days.
Driving with your own car or motorcycle is possible at selected trackdays. Raceplanet Bleekemolen organizes days where you can drive Porsches, Ferrari's and Lamborghini's at select days.
Parking at the track itself is limited and costs around 10 euro for most racing events. Parking at the boulevard is possible but more expensive.
Zandvoort is not next to a freeway, you have to go through Haarlem by car to get there, so on busy summer days, expect some traffic.
If you're staying in Amsterdam, and you want to visit an event during the summer, then you should take the train from Amsterdam Centraal Station (25 mins). Walking from Zandvoort Station to the track takes about ten minutes. The track has new ownership since last year and they are making notable improvements: New tarmac on the track and paddock, new restaurant above the pits, improvements to guest facilities etc. They are pretty ambitious with future plans. The paths around the track in the dunes are hardened, so wheelchair access should be possible. As a visitor you can walk around the entire track for some great viewpoints. There is a separate platform next to the grandstand on the main straight for wheelchairs, right across from the podium. During the bigger events, there is a video wall on the other side of the track, so races can easily be followed from the main grandstand and the wheelchair ramp. Best corners for spectators are: Tarzan (first corner) Scheivlak, Masters and the next turn. (Back of the track) Hans Ernst corner (S-Turn with a grandstand hill on the paddock). The main grandstand has a view of the pits, pits straight, Tarzan, and Hugenholtz corner.
