Pretty nice rooms and very good customer service. Restaurants are ok, retail should be great, but very poor service at most of the boutiques as they are waiting for Asian big spenders and I didn t fit that description. So no shopping, but you can always stop at the Forum Shops at Caesar s or Fashion Show mall across the street as they are less pretentious there.
