The changes happen so rapidly and the script changes so often. Even management doesn't know what they are talking about and we have to improvise on the spot. Sometimes they miscalculate peoples monthly payments and its up to us on the phones to explain it. Can you imagine how the consumer is feeling? It is a very disorganized company ran by people who are so high on their ego. Accounts are messed up from people left and right...

They don't care about the workers, all they care about is the money they make from the programs. Making sure you come to work as much as you can and enabling people to work more in order to win money.
