I am a CUSTOMER and I must say that Digidot ltd is an average company. Their website digidotltd.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer service needs improvement. Their response time is slow, and often I am left waiting for days to get a resolution to my issue. Overall, I would give them 3 out of 5 stars.
