I recently used a travel and tourism company for my trip to Lausanne. I was impressed with their services and found their website to be informative. The tour I took was enjoyable and the guide provided interesting insights about the city. However, I feel that the company could improve its communication with customers. Overall, I had a good experience but there is room for improvement.
