I had a mixed experience with Pi brasil - associação profibus / profinet / asi. While their website profibus.org.br provided useful information about their services, I found their customer support to be lacking. Some of my emails went unanswered and it took quite a while to get a response. However, once I was able to get in touch with a representative, they were knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience with Pi brasil as average.
