I am an out of state customer, who purchased a S560 for over 70,000!!!! I trusted this dealership to send me a car with no problems! The day I received my car, there was a vibration when I drove it. Called them that day and they informed me to take it to the dealer therefore sent it to Ft. Myers dealership and they said the tires needed to be replaced and it was up to this dealership to approve the tires! Terry Billias and Bill Schwark are the worst managers!!! They will not replace the tires! What kind of morals and ethics do they have? Worst customer service ever! I trusted sales rep, Steven Aylward! Beware of this dealership!!!!! I would never purchase from them! Have no ethics!!!! Would give them 0 stars!!!!!
