I had a wonderful time at On The Boulevard Salon And Spa. The staff were friendly and professional, and the services they provided were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the facial, it left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The salon is beautifully decorated and has a calming atmosphere.
