Re-G was on time and professional. He was very knowledgeable and informed me of what was going on with my AC/heating system. Even caught that my filter was inserted wrong. He also informed me of preventive measures to keep my unit working at it's best. I requested Mr. Ben but will request him for service from now on. We miss Mr. Perry but he's retired now so he replaced him and he certainly is filling big shoes and doing a great job thus far from our experience.
