I had an average experience with Tour Minnesota Association. The customer service was satisfactory, but the overall trip could have been better. The website tourmn.org provided detailed information and booking was easy. However, I was expecting more from the tour itself. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but the itinerary felt rushed and I couldn't fully enjoy the attractions. There is room for improvement.
