The service provided by monogramart.com is average at best. While the quality of the product is decent, the customer service was lacking. I had a question about my order and it took them several days to respond. They were not very helpful and didn't seem to care about my concerns. Overall, I wouldn't recommend monogramart.com if you're looking for a great customer service experience.
