I have been a customer of Nazakat telecom for a while now and overall, I would rate their service as average. The network coverage is decent, but there are occasional signal drops. The customer service is helpful, but sometimes the response time can be slow. The website is easy to use, but could use some improvements. The pricing plans are competitive, but there could be more options for data packages. I'm satisfied with Nazakat telecom.
