I lived in a Raphael apartment at Stonebriar Woods for one year for my first apartment. Let me start off by saying this was a huge learning experience/mistake. During my tenancy I had over 20 maintenance requests I had to place because the maintenance team just does not seem to know what they are doing. These included items like the dish washer breaking and/or leaking (3 requests), washing machine breaking and/or leaking (4 requests), both toilets didn t flush when I moved in (1 request placed for both), AC unit breaking down (9 requests) YES 9, kitchen outlets tripping the breaker (3 requests) which is a HUGE fire hazard by the way, one of the bedroom window blinds fell down (1 request) and these window blinds are heavy, if you have any items near the widows they could easily be crushed if these fell down or if a child was there pulling on the window blinds they could end up in the hospital.
If you are working with a specific budget, please keep in mind the electricity bill. With my AC unit completely breaking down 9 times, this caused my electric bills to spike. I was paying an average of $250 during the summer. My new apartment cost an extra $100 a month but I m paying an average of $110 less per month this summer compared to last summer on my electric bills. I m saving money by living at a more expensive apartment because THE APARTMENT APPLIANCES/UTILITIES ACTUALLY WORK!!!
If you walk around this place, watch where you walk. Most people don t pick up after their dogs, and some people even let their dog s poop on the sidewalks and the grounds keepers don t pick it up either because management doesn t make them.
The only nice thing about this place and company was their low tier staff. Some, NOT ALL, but some were very helpful with dealing with the many maintenance requests I had to put in. Thank you, Chelseaa, Michele, and Cody but two of them left Price Brothers so good luck getting good service. Overall, management is terrible and beyond that it s pretty much impossible to reach anyone higher in the company about issues that maintenance/management won t deal with.
Please trust me when I say you will have better luck somewhere else there is plenty around that area for the same price but much much higher quality.

Thanks for the learning experience!
