I recently used Pal link for my transportation needs and I must say, their service was average. The driver arrived on time and the vehicle was clean. However, the ride itself was not very comfortable. The seats were quite hard and there was a lot of noise from the engine. Overall, I would rate my experience with Pal link as average.
