I had a mixed experience with Greene Cassandra D. While some aspects of their service were great, others left a lot to be desired. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the office environment was clean and inviting. However, I was disappointed with the level of communication and follow-up I received from the company. I had to constantly reach out to them for updates on my case, and even then, the information provided was minimal. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
