I had a fantastic experience at Cycle Bar Woodbury! The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and the instructor was motivating. The music playlist was perfect for the workout and helped me stay motivated. The workout itself was intense and left me feeling accomplished. I can't wait to go back!
