No phone support, no sales support, or more factually, no live support. They have support hours but probably just for email response. Apparently false advertising (for tix prices) according to their website vs ticketmaster , and their ticketmaster partners don't know anything except whether you purchased a ticket through ticketmaster. Arena was ok, chairs too small/ close- think steel chairs side by side with no spacing
