Worst company and management ever. Tons of turn over and you are expected to learn three tonfour jobs within three weeks. Each job takes at least six weeks to learn.

Management and the owner, have zero clue how to run a successful business, hence why they are loosing business left and right!

Most employees are very helpful, trying to get you up to speed. Again, the management and owners are terrible.

I give them two more years at the most, before they are bankrupt, and sold for pennies on the dollar.

The owners have these grandiose ideas, which have yet to work after four years, plus HR has no clue. You get blamed for things that are out of your control, and when you speak up, you are let go.

The manager of the EP plant, Zach, has zero clue how to manage or handle any kind of issues, nor how to set up a product plant properly! Zach should be the first to go! He is an engineer, NOT a manager, especially a plant manager!!!!!

Worst company I have ever worked for, and the pay is extremely low for all that you are expected to do! Hence why they get the bottom of the barrel employees, on ALL levels!
