I worked with Brandon for both my wife s engagement ring as well as our wedding bands. I got connected to Joyce s Jewelry through my brother who married the year prior, though being out of state, most of my interaction with Brandon was through telephone and email. I was a bit new to the jewelry world and Brandon took plenty of time with me detailing the various styles and options at hand. Once finding a setting, Brandon was able to set a family stone as well as replace the empty ring with a zirconia to keep it looking intact. The timing and delivery was spot on and hassle-free. Brandon was very professional through the entire process and I sincerely appreciated his opinion and insight throughout the entire process.
