I had the pleasure of visiting J. Lohr vineyards and wines during my trip to California and I must say it was an average experience. The tasting room was nice and the staff was knowledgeable, but the wines themselves were just okay. Nothing stood out as exceptional. If you're looking for a decent wine tasting experience, it's worth a visit. But don't expect to be blown away.
