I had an average experience with The PMA Group. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. I had to wait on hold for a considerable amount of time before speaking to a representative, and when I finally did get a hold of someone, they were not very helpful. Overall, my experience with The PMA Group was just okay.
