I had an average experience with Flex. The product I ordered from their website, sweatflex.com, arrived on time and in good condition. The quality was decent, but I expected it to be better for the price I paid. The customer service was satisfactory, although I would have appreciated a quicker response. Overall, it was an okay purchase, but I'm not sure if I would order from Flex again.
