According to an authorized Electrolux service center as well as an Electrolux technical advisor, a washing machine that makes sounds similar to deer during the mating season is a properly functioning washing machine.
The equipment was purchased a year ago, and for 3 months my regular guests are service technicians who, like young interns in a hospital, watch the washing machine work like a patient who is difficult to diagnose.
Where to look for professionalism in your company, since the replacement of parts in the washing machine is done using the "hit and miss" method? It's a pity that 5/5 visits by service technicians are misses.
Where can I find in your company respect for the customer and his time, since the visits of service technicians end with the sentence "the equipment can be advertised endlessly", suggesting that the washing machine will still not work as it should, and at the same time it is not their last visit?
Interestingly, the service technicians admit that the equipment is extremely loud, which is not the normal operation of this model, and the complaint is rejected. Will I not find logic in your company either?
