I had ordered cakes where I had paid extra to have the names written on the cakes. The name was not on any of the cakes which made us very disappointed. I first sent an email to the company without reply, the second email I received an apology. I would receive compensation for what I had paid extra for the name, but I still have not received it. I would not recommend ordering cakes from this bakery.
