Triwell Properties, Inc is an average company to work with. The overall experience was neither great nor terrible. The communication with the company was satisfactory, and they were responsive to my inquiries. However, there were a few areas where I felt they could have done better. The property management team could have been more proactive in addressing maintenance issues, and the leasing process was a bit slow. Nevertheless, I had a decent experience overall.
