I visited Pho 79, inc. for lunch and was disappointed by the lack of vegetarian options. The server was kind enough to suggest a tofu and vegetable pho which turned out to be quite tasty. However, the soup lacked depth of flavor and the portion size was small. I hope they can improve their vegetarian menu in the future.
