Twist Image is an average company. Their website twistimage.com is well-designed and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and I felt like I wasn't getting the attention I deserved as a customer. Overall, my experience with Twist Image was just okay.
