I had a mixed experience with Wichis-staubshop. The website staubsauger-paradies.de is easy to navigate and has a good variety of vacuum cleaners. However, their customer service could be improved. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase but there is room for improvement.
