Unprofessional & uncaring! Not a "safe, supportive...

Unprofessional & uncaring! Not a "safe, supportive environment" at all. When called upon for guidance & support for our adult child (their patient) who has mental health issues & was self-harming & displaying suicidal tendencies; they gave us the run around & did not hold themselves accountable in any way for their lack of help or delay in response. Christine Pope was particularly horrible when she finally returned a call days later. Sadly she doesn't seem to be in this profession to help people.
