I have been a customer of Itw Blding Cmponents Group INC for many years now, and I have to say that their products have always been reliable. I have never had any issues with the quality of their materials. However, their customer service could use some improvement. There have been a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected for a response to my inquiries. It would be great if they could be more prompt in addressing customer concerns.
