This bank is terrible now. Literally not one thing...

This bank is terrible now. Literally not one thing has gotten better since the change. But a whole lot of stuff has gotten worse. Now the one in Waconia doesn t even have a drive up window. It s insane. If you need to do a simple bank transaction like getting change you have to actually go into the bank like it s 1970 again. Nothing they ve changed has benefited the customer. Nothing. Hours are shorter. Have to fill out a deposit slip again instead of just giving them your debit card. They have a 3.95 minimum balance fee if you don t keep $500 min. Seriously the bank is a joke. I m switching to one of the other like 4 banks in town that don t charge monthly and actually have a drive up window. Stay away from this bank.
